Lupe is a Biologist of the National University of Buenos Aires, a specialist in project management and Master in Protected Areas and Ecorregional Development of the University for International Cooperation (UCI).  She has been actively engaged for many years with NGOs, working for local developiment and conservation of natural areas in different communities, through workshops, development projects and local agenda21. She has coordinated teams and done field work, working for sustainable tourism locally and internationally, supporting networks of local stakeholders and producers to promote sustainable ways of production and consumption. She has also participated in the creation of different guidelines regarding environmental sustainability.
As Project Coordinator at Plan21 Foundation, Lupe has been involved in designing and implementing Programs and initiatives at local and international level.
